Breakthrough Projects come out of small business owners asking themselves the question:
"What's the one thing that would make a real difference to my business?"
Some proprietors already know what that one thing is. Others can see so many things that they can't focus on making a single significant change.
The idea of Breakthrough Projects is to spend a small amount of time identifying the one thing that would make a difference, creating a plan around that one thing that would make a difference, and putting the plan into action.
Breakthrough Projects have three steps:
- We get together and talk about your business, and come up with a practical project plan to change the one thing that would make a difference (analysis and planning)
- You decide how to implement the plan - whether to have us assist you in putting it into action, or whether you think your business has enough resources to do it yourselves (decision)
- Put the plan into action (implementation)
- Measure the results (review)
