Breakthrough Projects come out of small business owners asking themselves the question:

"What's the one thing that would make a real difference to my business?"

Some proprietors already know what that one thing is. Others can see so many things that they can't focus on making a single significant change.

The idea of Breakthrough Projects is to spend a small amount of time identifying the one thing that would make a difference, creating a plan around that one thing that would make a difference, and putting the plan into action.

Breakthrough Projects have three steps:

  1. We get together and talk about your business, and come up with a practical project plan to change the one thing that would make a difference (analysis and planning)
  2. You decide how to implement the plan - whether to have us assist you in putting it into action, or whether you think your business has enough resources to do it yourselves (decision)
  3. Put the plan into action (implementation)
  4. Measure the results (review)
